The second double bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and a bedside table and lamp for each person. It looks out towards the leat and the hillside garden.

The lounge/dining room has a comfortable modular sofa with room for 4. There is a wood effect electric fire and a colour TV/dvd player with freesat sky connection. There is a small collection of books in the apartment, with lots more available in the libraries. Free internet connectivity is provided. The dining table has 4 chairs. 

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer.

The bathroom has a walk in corner shower.
