There is a large and airy double bedroom with a double bed. The room is double aspect, with views out over the river and up the valley.  It has glazed double doors which open out directly onto the garden.  Outside there is a patio area – perfect for breakfast outside. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The double bedroom has a mirrored double wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, a dressing table with stool and chest of drawers.  There are bedside lamps on both sides of the bed. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second double bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and a bedside table and lamp for each person. It looks out towards the leat and the hillside garden.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lounge\/dining room has a comfortable modular sofa with room for 4. There is a wood effect electric fire and a colour TV\u00a0with freesat sky connection. There is a small collection of books in the apartment, with lots more available in the libraries. Free internet connectivity is\u00a0provided. The dining table has 4 chairs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathroom has a walk in corner shower.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
