The valley is right on the Carmarthenshire \/ Pembrokeshire border, halfway between Cardigan and Carmarthen in beautiful, rural West Wales.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The nearest village is Capel Iwan.<\/p>\r\n

Newcastle Emlyn is 10 mins drive away with supermarkets, garages, shops, cafes and a castle.\u00a0 The nearest beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coastal path are 25 minutes drive away.<\/p>\r\n

From the Midlands and the South,<\/strong> there’s a fast route to Carmarthen on the M4 &\u00a0A48.\u00a0 Then it’s 1\/2 hour on quiet country roads to the valley, including 4 miles of single track roads .<\/p>\r\n

From the North<\/strong>, there’s amazing scenic\u00a0A roads through Wales to Newcastle Emlyn, then 10 minutes along single track roads.<\/p>\r\n
