This spacious two-bedroom mill apartment sleeps 4. It is at the garden level, one floor down from the mill entrance and can also be accessed directly from the garden.

There is a double bedroom with the luxury of a Four Poster double bed, which looks out over the river.  This room has a dressing table, mirror and stool.  The twin bedroom, with two adult size single beds, looks out towards the hillside garden. Note – an additional cot / 3/4 bed can be added to this room by request. Both rooms have a built-in double wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers.  There is a bedside table and a bedside lamp for each person.  

The lounge/dining room has a comfortable corner sofa, a wood effect electric stove, a colour TV with freesat sky connection and a dvd player. There is a small collection of books and videos in the apartment, with lots
more available in the libraries. Free internet connectivity is provided. This room has French doors leading directly out into the garden next to the leat – a lovely place to eat outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, ceramic electric hob, microwave, slim-line dishwasher, freezer and fridge.

The bathroom has a walk in corner shower.
